Graal was chunking (as it did on XP for me), and he told me to set the colour down to 16 bit, instead of 32 bit.

I did.

and now it works.

thats just common sense

cheap video cards = lower colour bit = faster things

32mb and up = high colour bit = better picture

You mean you had it on TRUE COLOR? :rolleyes: you safest bet is to always have your colors on high color. True color always gave me transparency errors

hey, I have a good graphics card, a ****ing ATI Rage 128.

and Fal, I did set it down once, because I usually use it on high colour, but it automatically set it back up again and so ;(

That's not a good card....

I must be really rare. I can get Quake 2, graal (now), AoE2, and, Unreal Tournament to run.

UT runs quite good, in fact. about 40 fps, and that's with all the graphics on high. :D

All games work fine for me on XP, to get rid of lag in graal I had to update video drivers when they came out.

maybe now Zormite will grow :)

I'm sure not, running an ATI Rage 128, on a 17" monitor, and getting 40 fps in Unreal Tournament with all graphics on high and at a res of 1024x768. :)

My HL frame rate is limited for some reason, I get 60 fps, but when I dive in AHL SP, it jumps to 200 fps :confused:
