I think Kae is lying or it was a fake Stefan (Mor elikely a fake Stefan), but if it is legal, then that's cool and I want Alkaren and sum other police d00ds to verify this.

Soto and Alkaran both told me that it was illegal. Either way, if I had it I might go normal speed with my slow processor hehe.

Stefan might have accepted it, it matters what it does. Does it make you run on walls etc or does it just speed you up?
