The Reason it is illigal is because the player spends his or her money to buy the rocks, and then to have them stollen is just not fair. Go steal Pearls, that isn't illigal.

i personally think its stupid

1. if the police dont see who bombed the rock how do we know that they arent telling lies to get rocks
2. we have to get all the way over there and buy the time police arrive they could just stop
3. people moan way too much about pretend money this just gives them something else
