Ive been playing for a little while. Not as long as some ppl, but fairly long.

Id say since... errrr..... when graal was still a single server... Those were the days... lag, kill, lag, kill, lag, kill... well you get the idea

About 3 weeks after i started, servers like that OLD server called Lost World came out. Remember that? That server was hacking central i think..


Anyways, congrats, im happy for you, dont stay addicted, take jerom's idea into consideration, etc, etc

I just passed one year about a month ago.

yes i remember the first time i saw you...it was back when you were on the crimegraal staff.

1 year and 6 months and I want to delete graal but I keep coming back, worse then ciggarettes. :(

I have no idea ho wlong ive been playing. all i remember is when i first started, i joined juggaloz and we had a war with DX. Good old days. And then i left for about 2 months, then came back and it took over my life for about 6 months, then i left again. then i came back and here i am.

Those mechs were neat. then cheeta hacked it :(

hm if im not mistaken i remember him hacking something...flames everywhere...free items? maybe it want crimegraal?

It was CrimeGraal, but cheeta didn't hack it...
TrueHeat and some other people decided CrimeGraal sucked too badly to be online, so they deleted loads of levels, and did the flames...

I beleive this coming May is my 2 or 2 1/2 year aniversary on Graal.

I haven't tried to quit, and I'm not intending to for a long time :p

Never. I jsut make the best out of Graal, forget the bad parts that rarely came to me.

i have been playing almost as long as 3 years... sad really. why did i have to stumble accross it when was doing a search for something online? now im addicted worse than people with drugs. but its too fun to quit

yeah. crimegraal was so horrible i did graal a favor by deleting it and going to work on kharlia
at first i just destroyed crimegraal by putting flames and broken things everywhere then eventually deleted it and then brady put up an island he stole from my friend from school and called it his house so i filled it with manservants and changed the signs to let people know it was stolen. then i went over to kharlia and the rest is history

no, i mean the time when there was about 400+ people on the classical server...
like around 1.3 or so

ER..., sometime aroudn 1.35 there were around that many.
I remember quitting in 1.33 and comming back in 1.35, only to find that I could bearly log onto the server, and that not a single normal player had any respect for one another...
My friend Caligula(that was his last Graal name before he quit Graal for good), told me that he joined some -temp- {GP} thing. It wasn't official, but it was a group against cheaters. This is the part I didn't get about that guild... since they had to fight cheaters, they used trainers to fight them...

antago there was tonsa lag around 1.31-ish.... there was like 350 people on sometimes

1.3 had other servers... people were using GServer all the time then.......... and that is when Matia and Destiny were put up as "playerworlds".

I'm not talking about 1.3.... and even around then, there was no where near as much lag as I can find today....... but then again, I am back on my 95' comp...... so I don't even have a 3D video card.

Everything slow....... :(
Don't know how I'll get much done without light effects.

I remember Stefan saying that 1.3 was the lagless version of Graal... which it was at first, but then more people came and lagged it :(

He said he remembered when there was 1 server and tons of lag...... 1 server goes back to 1.1 and earlier............. and back then, there wasn't much lag.

Therefore, my statement had "nothing" to do with 1.3.

Remember, old Graal was the pre-Cable/DSL times so everyone was on a 56k or less connection. LAG.

arrg i hate it when people say they have been playing graal for like 2-3 years while not ONCE have i seen them on at anytime. i havent started too long ago myself, about june-august of last year i think, but i still find it extremely irritating when people cant admit when they started playing

You're right. I actually started in May of 2001.

I'm not sure when I actually started playing Graal...I started on a personal server. The owner(one of my friends) went mad and blew us all up, etc.
Next I tried to play on the main server but my comp was way too slow:(

But in May I got a new one so here I am:D

I like Graal, not going to quit in a long time.

I think the e-mail was dated 9:27PM but I can't be sure!
2 years and just about a week ago I started Graal.

Oh and 1.3(just a starting point)-1.36 had no more then 220 max. Why? That was the server player limit, 300+ didn't start until 1.37 or so.
