i'v already posted this in bug reports so hopefully stefan will see it
but some of u will probably be able to help.

i downloaded the new DirectX and i can see light effects but they have big black blobs around them.

help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i jus got the newest one


when i loged on about 5 mins a go all the lights were working and looking good but after about 2 mins all the black blobs came back

its either your video card or ram.. i think

what can i do to sort this

close programs -_-... iim sad =(

i think i'll just tick "dont use DirectX" unless it gets fixed

I can see light effects now, since 2.1 was released. YAY!:D

you might have to wait a lil to see this one it only happens once every so often but its also great

I cant script complex lights, I can only place them in pleasing positions... I say, give the king of lights to Loriel and Shadow Knight, they both astound me with the scripts they make with their ablitys ^_^


Well, your puter cant handel the light transperencys fast enough it seems, you might try closing everythihng, and restarting, or just plani, installl anohter vetion, I duno, i R estupidk?

BirdBird i have the spinny light script
its to complex for me
and having to use trig in the script helps nothing :(

its just tan and cos and such, you have some grasp of it to know what it even is :( I am stupid k?
I have chaged the variables around so much hehe ^_^

trig gets me all :grrr:

if i knew how to do the trig bit in graal
i might possibly be able to do it
but i dont :(

Well sometimes that site has the beta like instead of direct x 8 you will get direct x 8a beta if so that might be your problem
