I'm looking for a team for the Space PW. It will be P2P.
I need:
3 GFX Dudes/Dudetts
1 Webmaster
4 Level Gurus
3 Script Monkeys
1 Gani Guy/Girl
1 Sisok -TAKEN-
5+ Misc. Contributers

The GFX People will need to make new Heads, Ships, Swords, Weapons, A new Tileset, and many a thing that you would see in space to make it feel realistic.

The Webmaster needs to make a site that would have a newsection where team members could post, a public forum for the Misc. Contributers to contribute, a Private so every member on the team would be able to communicate with each other, a members section with a list of all team members, and a screenshot section.

Level Gurus will need to make levels that are inside a space ship, space port city levels, alien worlds, and outerspace itself.

Script Monkeys will be the Hardest job. They will need to make the space ships, the weapons, the alien races, and many more hard npcs.

Gani Person will need to make all the different ganis. nuff sed.

The Misc. Contributers will give us ideas, graphics, levels, maybe a few NPC scripts. The Misc. Contributers will receive NPCs when the server is complete to compensate them for the little bit of work they did.

That might be fun, but before I'd think about joining as a level guru I'd need to see what the tilesets looked like.
...and about the all levels sent to your e-mail are property of yours. If I send my sample, it is now your level? Erm...I'll upload it and message you the URL. ;(

#1, If you wanted something cool-sounding for NAT, you could've thought of something more original than Kai's title

#2, those aren't difficult npc's...Time consuming maybe, but not difficult.

P2P, hmm... i can't script for p2p, only non-p2p.

and as for the levels, just make a nice looking graal city level, and as for the little line about them being my property, that was a joke ;)

Sanstrata was the first...
 

Sanstrata has has a ship and space level plan going for some months now. we are making new sanstrata and a lot of secret crap that im dot about to divuldge... http://www.figmentcode.com/sanstrata we need NATs and LATs.

As for Sanstrata, they have NO IDEA which way they are going, they have had at least 3 owners in the past 2 months. Also I was LAT there and was fired by an NAT Admin cuz my levels "suck" according to him heh. Also, after I was fired several of my NPC magically appeared on their server and I was told that they were so easy to make that it didn't matter who made them. Avoid Sanstrata at all costs!

I made a storyline for the space PW, like from a long time ago (before summer) but no one followed through with the idea

There already is a Space PW coming out...It would have already been out if Dolphonia wasn't hacked because that's just when I had introduced space ships with alternate planets to fly to.
I now have a much better space ship engine/script with boost and shields and lasers etc...
The Ship NPC was not time consuming at all...in fact...the basic flight script is around 6 lines long. That's to go forward and turn, including breaks, and acceleration (for the more realistic feel).

Also...just to warn you...I sort of copyrighted the space ship/planet idea with Stefan a while back.

If the planet and ship engine isn't similar, I may allow it...Just keep in contact with me and ask questions just so you don't breach the copyright.
Just to let you know...I will allow something like the Airship in GClassic.

I'm sorry about all this but I've been doing this idea since before the start of this year and I just hate it when someone else takes it and makes their own so they get all the praise...You could call it Jealousy:)...but it has happened so many times to me in Graal and I'd rather it not happen again.

1.You cant copyright an idea for a playerworld for Graal.
(I can see a problem if someone stole your gfx,scripts or something but other wise you cant "stop" a playerworld from being put online)

2. Since when do you decide what npcs go into a playerworld??

Not to rude or mean here but I don't agree with how you said that.....You cant just say "oh you cant make a space playerworld becuase i thought of it first!@!!"

Ok the fact that nobody has ever heard of this doesn't make it all yours

Depending on what ever your doing, you can do it

But to the fact we are going the way we are going.....Space is also NOT copyrightable...And coming out of blue and saying this and telling people what they can or cannot do isn't acceptable in anyways...I wonder how much you have done and if so I like to see your starships...
