Player Worlds Going Free...
 

Everyone...I'm just telling you all that Mithica and Kharlia will be going free when the next vertion comes out...

I have sent an e-mail to stefan about Mithica going free and he said:

Hi!

Too many rumors, Why is it that when I e-mail Stefan,(WHICH I HAVE DONE ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS) I never get a reply. I have tried PMming him, Sending him ICQ messages, and everything known to mankind. I wonder, would putting a train that only goes to 3 diffferent levels, and I haven't gotten a reply in 2 months.

Good! Maybe now that Mithica is going free, they'll release those "promised" levels they said they were going to have.

if he doesnt answer your pms and other things why dont u just follow him around on g2k1 and ask him?

I've heard all the playerworlds are going P2P...

I heard that back around 2.03/2.04

I doubt there will even be a Kharlia again.

I pray that there won't be. It wouldn't be worth it, and it'd just be a poor recreation of what was fun a long time ago. :(

I always assumed Stefan was just too damn busy to reply to the countless PMs and emails I sent him, and yet Gladiator seems to get results... hmm... Anyway, if this is true, I will be very happy indeed. Just in case someone with some cred is reading this, and can confirm that Mithica and Kharlia will be going free with the next update, I was appreciate it if they would either PM me, reply to this point, or send me an email. We've been waiting for this for a long time! >=P

Well, maybe Kharlia isn't coming back, but I'm still hoping that Mithica will go free as promised. (Remember that Stefan? lol)

Everyone, you want to know that the secret is to getting him to e-mail you in 2-3 days, you be patiant, send only one e-mail...
and you only ask a question, like every 2 weeks, don't ask me why...

I can also say that i'm not lying, Mithica and Kharlia ARE going non-p2p. now to go to sleep:asleep:

That's funny considering Kharlia is Valikorlia.

Valikorlia is dead because the community fights with eachother non-stop.
I also heard it's levels are once again ugly.

Nothing has been confirmed yet anyway, from what I hear.

i rememb when kerin was proud of showing mithica's new levels but they where crap i thought....no wonder Stefan isnt turining it non-p2p i think...and how bout changing mithica to mithtica.....say it, sounds better...mithtic...hehe...

What are you, some kind of canuck? We were FTP hacked a few weeks ago, and in that process we lost a lot. Mithica II, on the other hand, is coming along quite well, and when we go free we have several things ready to upload. (Damned NPC-Server!) Staff offices, an airship, two hardcore classes - care of Kerin and Xeus - and assorted other badass npcs, are just the beginning. ^^

There will be some changes with the next Graal version,
only a few days left. It was probably a mistake to
give people the npcserver who don't know about
scripting and don't know how to use the power
of security and stability and massive-player online
gaming (i mean things like kart race results).

Well, you're right in saying that we aren't the most well-versed in NPC-Server manipulation, but we'd like to go free nonetheless. Will that be happening, btw? I hope you happen to glance back by, so can give me the lowdown. ^^

Actually Tyne, the levels aren't ugly, and everyone works together fine, Kharlia will be back up, Stefan already has the levels I believe, you haven't seen them, so don't judge them. Whoever ZanderX is, you haven't seen them either.

What are people dogging stuff they have yet to try out? I am helping with Val and done a lot of work. And honestly MOST of you guys have p2p accounts and don't really need to play Val. Simple

who in their right mind would dare put up valikorlia now that tyne has made valikorlia but INFINITELY better with Providence?

If you ask me, ALL Playerworlds should be P2P. It would draw more subscribers.

Hmm.. IF they let Graal Classic Free, I can't imagine the lag there will be =P

How? The only community is right here on these forums, and we are all P2P subscribers already. It would add to the community.

Besides P2P accounts are cheap, and it would help pay for faster servers, or other improvements.

The ratio of p2p players to free players has got to be around 1:50. Not many of the free players would pay. Many of them do not have credit cards, and do not have parents who would be willing to use theirs. Therefore, wheter they'd like to or not, accounts would unavailable to them. Therefore the community of players - which consists of far more than ever even LOOK at the forumz - would cease growth almost instantly. If I had never played Graal before, and I saw that I had to pay before I could even try it, I never would have.
