Maloria has been moved to the Development tab, which use to be the hosted tab. Congrats and please keep this thread exclusive to feedback regarding maloria. Server looks amazing keep up the work.

I'm happy for them and all but...why?
Everything on there is in a very...unfinished state.

Thats the purpose of the development Tab, to show off your progress.

Congrats to Maloria :) Without bringing in an argument, what are the chances of a server being put on the 'hosted' tab?

Considering the fact that I have never actually asked for GtA to be permanently re-listed, I really don't understand why the forum moderation is taking it out on the server itself simply because there is a demand for this among the community. This is a fact that I have brought up privately beforehand, but it has been ignored.

I personally have no qualms with Maloria being listed on the Development tab, as that is the purpose of the tab. Carlito should be credited with actually doing his job in this case, which is all I've asked for publicly.

Very well put Thor, that also mirrors my personal feelings towards the server. Actually stopped by there yesterday and wished them the best of luck.

As for GtA, we're still developing stuff and constantly tweaking our systems etc etc.

I'm curious as to just what the requirements for being listed on the development tab are, as well as why global administration needs a server to be listed to gauge it's progress and potential...

How do players know which servers they can login to? How do people find GtA? I feel like if a server is active it should be on some sort of public list.

Or just all servers with more than 5 players daily (excluding RC accounts) on the god damn list...

then people will just idle with their graal#####'s and whatnot

It's possible to get a classic account, just e-mail Xor and make up some story about why you need it, but you know it and I know it...GtA should be on the list...

He ment that people will create fake accounts to idle on their server so it'll be listed

At this point who cares? Even the illusion of an active playerbase might be enough to draw in new players.
