Era Manager?

Evening Graalian(s),

I decided to put together a fun little poll for Era players and people outside of era. This is just basically a Management poll where you can give your personal and honest point of view on each individual Manager from Alfonso to Fidel. Feel free to leave comments and (or) additional information on the last page, and most importantly: right what you feel and post the truth! Besides, only a few people will see your response... (Or Everyone) :)

The way I saw the question of how much worked they put into era, I see from the standpoint of since Era Post-Reset years ago, they did so so % much.

So each did about 10% work to Era's future. Kinda dumb how you'd put 100% in there.

True, I didn't think of it that way.

Some people think differently, I have to appeal to everyone; Its not my opinion...

I thought I did a decent amount of work while I was manager?

reword the question, the answers to the "opinion" have to be more realistic than what you actually wrote down as answers. No manager has ever done 100% of the work on Era, therefore, that question makes this entire poll look like a joke.

Not Really, More so the people who voted for that answer, did you get a chance to look at the responses in the link I posted earlier?

Tim_Rocks 05-08-2013 08:32 PM

Should do a poll on PWA members.

No, Willa is right. That question makes no sense. You should change it to something like "What amount of effort or grade would you give to this manager's work" or something like that. It's a weak question.

Yeah and a **** ton of people voted 100%, which is extremely unrealistic and show the fact that most of the people doing these polls are nutbags.

Hahaha that would be deleted in 2 seconds. It's all opinion I think for managers, none has made such a huge impact that they are better than the other. All did good work.

Might give it a try sometime...

Most of it's driven by personal views rather than judged on their management ability. Therefore i think this poll is pretty pointless and shows nothing.

Welcome to Politics.

Really hard decision really.

Theres really two kinds of managers.

The work horse and the social political manager.

Good example of a work horse manager would of been Tim, he constantly worked on projects on his own and was very seldom wrapped into any real social or political problems. Which might not seem like a problem.... but it was.

Zach would probably be the opposite of Tim. Zach was more management in the sense he was social and assigned jobs and followed his team closer. Yet didn't really work on any dev work on his own.

I honestly can't think of any manager who balanced Dev work and Social work out. Maybe Smu, but he started USDing so he pretty much auto loses this.
