After heavy demand in bet flipping on Era, we have added a automated bet flipping system for you guys.

For those who don't know what bet flipping is, its simply a heads or tails game with a coin.

With bet-flipping automated, and FAQs roaming the streets of Era, what are PRs for? Seriously?

I suppose they can do apartment trades since it doesn't work properly for some reason.

PR = Player Relations, meaning I assume is to relate to the players as a connection to the players as staff.

There's like 20 apartments, I don't think there needs to be an equal number of PRs to handle that.

The PRs are for the most part more unapproachable than the admins... Klayton, Blue, and even Katbot answer my pms much more frequently than the PRs do. Some can't even answer some simpler questions I deem a waste of time to message Blue about. All I honestly see [most of] them do is act untouchable like Fewyn and drag people around/ignore you to chat with friends.

betflipping is just a way to create gambling addiction in kids. there's a reason why you can't gamble until you're 18. i guess most 16-17 year olds are mature enough to gamble responsibly but era is also full of 10 year olds and such.
betflipping will just make more people rich and more people quit, since if you win a lot you're rich and if you lose a lot you quit. therefore betflipping should be made illegal, even with PRs (ik it'll never happen, but i'm just stating how things will go)

This isn't betting in a house always wins type scenario. Unless there have been magical changes I don't know about, it's just 50/50 chance of winning, right?
that's about the safest gambling you can do, don't really see why any age group should be excluded.

You also make 100k+ a week from PT and didn't sell/pawn all your **** and go to absolute zero. You had self control enough to stop.

I actually somewhat agree with TK, though it's silly to not allow it. But dozens of players just don't know when to stop betting then end up roaming around begging for money, pawning all their items and losing more, or craving attention by 'quitting' at unstick me for a couple days.

I personally haven't bothered betting more than 100k because it's not worth losing your ass over a couple lucky flips. I've seen people never even get to call it on the million dollar table, which is also quite silly. But that's just how it goes.

Perhaps there could be some restriction, a limit to how much you can bet per day based on your hours or total wealth. Everyone just went crazy, and they don't know when to stop lol. I've been able to buy a handful of weapons at pawn price because these guys are so desperate to go lose more money (and all 4 of them did).

Sure it's their own fault for having no self control and being so greedy, just about everything has happened, from +2m to -1m in mere minutes. But it could be limited or moderated before we end up having one person with all the money and 200 players quitting. That won't happen, and I really ranted a lot here :3 but yeah js.

Contact a PR if you have a gambling addiction, they will gladly help you.

@ scoper, even if it's 50/50 people won't stop usually..so the first one who finishes his money ends the "game" basically. this will just damage the playercount, it's a fact

It's not that they don't know when to stop it's just that they feel they NEED to win there money back they have lost, I was lucky to be up 2mil than next thing I know I lost it all and in 15 minutes I won it all back and more, yesterday I did a 1mil betflip and flawlessed him after losing the first two flips, now i'm up 5mil +

Now introduce robbing and mugging and pillaging and rape and plundering and hanging and executions and torturing and improved car physics, and ragdoll effects. Yah.

Also, give the player the ability to make bases that reset every 12-24hrs, they can defend it, while other players try and attack it for items, such as food and ammo, or rarities/hats.

When you drive directly into a wall at full throttle the car should explode and maim or kill you, then you need to pay more than its actually worth to fix it.

But in all seriousness, the streets are wayyy too small. People be crashing all the time, its not like we need to go slow and watch out for the elderly crossing the streets.

Era isn't suited for anything like this. It's a cartoonish game, not a science experiment.

feeling the need to win your money back and not being able to stop is the same thing. i realise that some can gamble responsibly but this isn't the case for most people. i can understand betsparring between players with low latency but betflipping is just dumb
