Road to Mp5.
So im going to be starting a progression thread for my road to Mp5.
Ill be mining rocks in the mine and selling them to shrimps for 9$ each. The reason i chose to sell them to shrimps is because i dont want the hastle of having to sell to a different seller every time they cant afford to buy my rocks. Ill be starting right now, all donations are welcome and here is the actual math. Its 38 rocks a room which makes it about 3000 rooms Current rooms: 110/3000 ill updated every night before i go to sleep. Current Mining level: 8 Currently: Taking a break |
Easier method: scam.
|
You might want to go to southridge, there is mines that give 38 rocks per TNT.
Plan ruined, math wrong. :D |
I hope this will be the Era version of One Red Paperclip

HAI POJO
Taking bets on how far he gets before he gives up/just usds one. Real response: My quick math shows, if you use the Island mines, and don't be lazy and sell them to shrimps, it should only take you 2450 TNT. Selling them to shrimps on the other hand will require 2630 TNT. Doing the first option (given your current mining level) should put you at level 43 mining, so refining those rocks would inevitably take less time than mining an additional 180 TNT. (Just saying, easier isn't always easier) I've seen a couple people do this before, and even helped some of them. I don't know how hard you're willing to no life it, but based off previous endeavors/examples this could be completed in 10 days or less. Just thought this would be helpful, seeing as your 'original plan' would only require 3030 TNT and you set out to mine 500 more lol. |
I dunno, I could use those rocks, so I'm pulling for him. :D
|
Woah, i got alot more responses than i imagined.
Thanks for the tips on going to southridge ill be sure to do that, and redo the maths before i go to sleep or next time i take a break. And the whole prospect thing rogue, id have to stockpile all my rocks and then prospect them, prospecting 100k rocks would take a day intself so as i see it this is a little bit faster. And why would i give up all im doing is holding down three keys while i watch tv. ATM its going slower than it usually would because i can only carry 7 tnts and cant pick up / drop tnts until tim logs on P.S rogue i did it for 3 hours yesterday after i got unbanned and 6 hours ish today P.S.S ill be buying an mp5 at shop price due to me being unable to trade |

Spend 1k on a super strength potion, then buy all your tnt at one time.
TNT mining sends rocks directly to your inventory, you'll not have to pick up or carry anything else until you finish completely. Once you're done, pop another super strength potion and refine all that **** at once... since you'll be level 43 that's 10 rocks per machine and should only take 3-4 hours or so. Trust me, I'm a professional: |

More or less because your second point here, people don't like it when you make them look stupid/wrong or when you have a valid opinion that differs from theirs. For more information, see my forum title (or w.e you call it). |
idk why you would want an mp5 these days..

lol Rogue 102k rocks, cute.
Also you don't have to JUST TNT mine to get the rocks to go into your inventory. They go into your inventory even when you wall mine and grab them. Unless something has changed recently? |

just an fyi, fn2k is statistically 10% worse than the mp5 and is 8% of the cost

And shuuush you, I need those minerals. |
Lmao, it doesnt really matter what anybody says about mp5 im not buying it because its the best gun or because its worth alot im pretty much buying it because i like the graphics and sfx.
And rogue, i cant do that unless i get TNT added and stack like 3k TNT then go mining but id still rather sell to shrimps i find prospecting incredibly boring. |
You can buy at the mall stand? Tim that isn't effected by weight, Tim has the first stand set up to sell x1000.

Anyways, MP5 can still beat someone with a Fn2k if they both had the same skill, which is worth the extra 92%. |
Cant buy at mall stands either
its very annoying cus of all the flowers i have on me i can only carry 7 tnt means i have to leave the mine every 7 rooms makes it ALOT slower also fn2k is .15 freeze mp5 is .1 thats pretty much what makes mp5 what mp5 is the .1 freeze. may aswell use mk's since there cheaper than fn2k and also .15 freeze with a decent fire rate semi automatic though Just noticed G36c is .1 freeze... i think i may just buy that? |
G36k best gun. I sold my AUG and other **** and just use that now.
|
g36c* and it pretty much has the same stats according to npcserver as mp5.
also im at 6122rocks/100000 |
g36k* is only 20k
best gun on era |
Gun Stats for 'G36k':
Damage: 20 Rate of Fire: .3 Freeze: .15 Reload: .35 Spread: 0.09 (10.31°) Gun Stats for 'G36c': Damage: 20 Rate of Fire: 0.3 Freeze: 0.1 Reload: .3 Spread: 0.09 (10.31°) Gun Stats for 'Mp5 Navy': Damage: 20 Rate of Fire: .25 Freeze: .1 Reload: .35 Spread: 0.2 (22.91°) |
I feel sorry that you believe G36c is actually .1 freeze.. and don't argue against because you won't know what you are talking about if you are in a disagreement.
|
it is .1 freeze
but its .1 freeze x3 i just argued in disagreement and im right. |

i still don't understand why a weapon with .05 less is a whopping 890k more than its nearest statistical rival
that is just outright retarded and something i would change in a heartbeat if doing so wouldn't cause a massive shift in the economy |

and even if the single fire is .15 doesnt change that its also .1 in burst fire. and its because .5 is the biggest difference, .11 .12 .13 .14 are all the same as .1 but .15 is a huge increase. |
a 50% increase, yes, but functionally that is a 50ms difference that you will likely only marginally notice.
