No. Why would they give you a map to treasure they own? You know there is treasure buried somewhere, you must find it on your own ;3

It's called stealing the map. Duh. Virtually impossible to dig every tile in order to find the treasure. They could've been stupid pirates, or at least one stupid pirate that accidentally says a hint or clue that leads you to more hints and clues to the treasure... idk use the imagination.

Drunk pirate gives you a hint in his drunkness ok.

Does it make sense to dig cluelessly to find an X in the ground? No... you find the X.

Does it make sense to run around aimlessly looking for an X on the ground, Especially if you don't know whether or not there are any left?

Does it make sense for pirates to bury new treasure every two days?

Does it make sense for the pirates to hang out at the beach instead of guarding their treasure that they so diligently bury every two days?

^ Catch my drift? Its a video game man, use your imagination and fill in the gaps. Pretend that these pirates have a boatload of treasure and are just trying to get them off the ship in increments. Thereby burying a little every few days.
