Couldn't connect to the server
 

This is happening again to me. I can get to the server selection screen, but any server I try to connect to, it says "Couldn't connect to the server".

....:confused:

A friend of mine is also having issues connecting to Delteria through client and RC.

I've gotten a few reports that players are having trouble connecting to Era still. Lots of us are being disconnected every few minutes too.

I'm having the exact same issue.

Are we being DDoS'd again? :(

Still waiting for the Graal administration team to even acknowledge problems... tons of players, myself included, are being disconnected every few minutes and occasionally being unable to connect to the server. We are working hard to try to bring in players this summer and are being ignored by Stefan and unixmad, as usual.

I haven't been able to login since last night. I'm trying to run a sever here, people.

Yeah something needs to be done, this is pretty ridiculous...

Ya and I'm trying to kill people with my elite skills here, people. Damn broken grawl.

I was trying to log onto Graal, but every time I got past the main login I couldn't connect to any type of server (Ex: Era, Zodiac, Unholy Nation, etc.)

Although I'm on a Mac, I don't see it being alone as a problem. Since I see staff members like Tim_Rocks and cbk1994 (Both from Era) having similar problems, my first conclusion is that there is an error with accounts that have Classic Subscriptions. I'm not trying to assume things, but just to make things easy to fix that is the only similar problem I see.

If it helps, I have done a series of test to make sure that none of the personal effects could be causing this problem. Things I have done include

- Reconnecting to my internet source
- Restarting my modem
- Restarting my computer
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling Graal Client
- Connecting to Different Servers on Graal
Plus a couple other common techniques. Things like different games including MineCraft and other online games work. Also browser based things like Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter are working fine.

I think Unixmad or Stephan can fix the problem once they are acknowledged and find the source of the problem. Anyone with direct contact should try their best to reach them, because we don't want inactive PC graal players to become more inactive!

It may just be the server itself (Era and Zodiac share the same server) and I cannot connect to either one. But if I connect to Era Dev I am able to login and everything works just fine. Which is very odd.

Counting only the servers on the list, the only one I can connect to is Shaded Legend.

Could someone fix this bullsh!t ? I got reports from Val Players which cant connect.

I'm also having this, but in turn have come to ask myself "Why does it have to kick you all the way back to the username/password screen?". imo, if you can't connect, it shouldn't end your current session outright, should just display the error and return you to the Server Select, where you obviously made it to in the first place, just fine

This has been happening to me as well since Thursday night. I'm surprised this is taking longer than a day to fix...

What Fulg0re said. It's basically a bunch of information packets sent to a webserver to slow down, or essentially "deny", service to its users. Whoever is doing it, is doing a good job of "Denying" I'd say.

Seems to let you connect now, but the servers are extremely laggy...
