The idea of player shops is that you can build a small hut with 7 pre made levels and have your own shop kinda like Ammo mart (best) gun point and pyro tech. You can Build them anywhere (Admins can put spots where these cannot be built. To destroy/close the shop there will be a command to do so with a confirmation of course. This is basically a mall stand but one you can keep for as long as you want. And to be fair there could be a 5% rent of what you make so yeah. If this happens many players would be able to sell their items instead of spam massing.

It would be better like hiring people and actually keeping it without paying like 10k for a week. With this idea you can buy one for 50k and just pay like 5k a month.

Well, the mall system is basically a player ran shop in the first place. That's what it's original purpose was, I just decided to use it as a mall instead.

This used to be in the game and it ruined the weapons economy and made PKing less interesting as a result.
