Shaded Legend Abuse
 

Bit confused but I really don't like this server.
I logged on today to see the LAT contest entry's.
Got disconnected by the "server admin" so I logged back on then massed why was I disconnected then I got banned for 6 days with the reason "Continued harassment of other players".
Seriously?

Edit: I was banned by "alissalee" Jay.
This guy has issues. He disconnects me and tries to ban me on every server he works on.

It isn't really a fact of if he likes me, this is player abuse.
And I know for a fact he doesn't like me, on Graal Ghetto he used to abuse me for no apparent reason.

i havent been on graal pc for a while, so im not sure if shaded legend is classic/hosted or not, but if its not, they are allowed to do whatever they want as a private server...

Shaded legends is hosted.

They pay for the server right? If they do they can do what they want as long as they don't break any of Graal Online terms of agreement. If they ban you, I suggest looking for other servers to play on.

You can't just ban someone from a server because you don't like them.
Have you read up on the rules?

I have unbanned you because there was no comments set inplace of the ban. The correct steps wernt taking for a ban.

You are now unbanned.

This shouldn't happen on a hosted server.

Sorry, I've talked to Jay about this before your post.
He said he does not like you, and that you start "crap" with him.
And that you are not allowed on the server.

But it didn't seem like you were very sportsmanlike about it either lol..


I would have unbanned you, but I don't feel I have any say against the staff above me.
I do agree you should not be banned or jailed for being hated unless you actually do something on the server that goes against the rules..

He needs to stop banning me or disconnecting me and acting childish.

I think the best way to have gone about it besides calling him names and trying to fight back was to have just contacted a PWA or Cujo. o.o

Whom I didn't know was on "not idle" at the time. :o

I'll check into it Gunderak, many people log into SL that I don't really have good feelings towards, and I just do my job and have to respect them like any other player.

Seems like that guy shouldn't ever be in a staff team on any server.

1. Bans are not to be discussed or debated on the forums.

2. As a Hosted playerworld, you are not allowed to ban someone or deny them access because you don't like them. Such behavior will result in the loss of Hosted status. I believe Cujo knows this but if he or his staff need a reminder I suggest they look here since Cujo is responsible for their actions.
