What is up with the new GuildCP? It will not let you access it unless you upgrade to Gold. Removing all Classic accounts from being able to access the GuildCP is suicide when it comes to global guilds, because Classic accounts make up the majority of the player base.

It looks more like a problem with the accounts database than requiring Gold.

Actually, I have Gold, and it won't let me access the GuildCP because I don't have a community name. Weird. So it's probably this:

I reported it to Stefan this morning. He said he'll get it taken care of. It appears it broke yesterday during the database move.

Stuff breaking? noway! lol. but glad that it is not remaining that way, because otherwise global guilds would die out quick :p

When I move breakable things, I wrap them up in lots of newspapers first.

I cannot access my guild control panel. It gives me some Forbidden bull****. Napkin tried and got the same result as well. My guild tags still work but I don't remember all of them.

I also notice the homepage still has skill games... :fro:

As far as the Skills Games part goes, have no answer for that one. A much needed website update is the only answer there.

What's sad is that if this was an issue for the iPhone servers it would be fixed immediately, but they appear to have no concern for the pc client.

Obviously, but business 101 is to never forget what gave your company its boost and made it what it is today. Which in this case would be the pc client. It doesn't matter if other platforms are making more money, because we are all paying costumers and should be treated as such.

No, business 101 is to cut your roots off like a malignant tumor, they'll only hold you back. As we're doing.

A lot of it has to do with the fact that Stefan is completely over-tasked. I'm sure Stefan would love to get it working and make us (well the people who use the GuildCP) happy but alas he has numerous things that take priority over it.

You would think they would consider bringing someone else in to help support the PC client/servers to relieve the pressure off of Stefan.

The way it's working right now though is worrisome, if Stefan dies. Graal dies.

If you don't think they're treating you fairly, why are you still a paying customer?

That's what I was thinking. He is stretched thin between all 3 platforms, so why not bring in somebody else so it does not take weeks, or sometimes months, to get things fixed.

It's occured to me too, im a gold account and it says i need a community name (which i already have) to go on GuildCP. Strange
