New PM Gui
 

I'd like to see Graal with a new PM Gui and new features on it

The current one seems to serve the purpose rather well.

all of this sounds pretty scriptable if you ask me. Not sure about file attachment but ya the rest is easily scriptable with time.

Why?

I would assume for those more formal pms.

Because that's one thing Graal is known for. Formality.

I wanted to add a couple of those features, namely a smiley list, but there is no way to manipulate a GuiPM text control (where you type your PM) with script. Basically none of this is scriptable without Stefan.

It's still possible is my point. Never said how.

Attachments won't happen. Not entirely certain why we need a subject line, either.

I'd rather not have all that stuff, and instead have something which threads together conversations like the iPhone text messaging.

Also threaded group messaging would be interesting as well (when you get a mass and you reply it would send a mass and would show up in the same thread).

Masses and PMs should be separated. I'd even say masses could just be turned into some kind of extended IRC-type display.

I did something similar to that on Classic by capturing toalls and showing them in a linear form as a chatbox on the bottom. I don't think I would get rid of masses if I had the option though, because you can't enter multiple lines into a toall.

The current one is simple enough to read and close out. What your saying sounds like e-mail.

Agreed sounds less like a pm and more like graal mail. May be another feature for graal but not for in game pms

this ***got kid boxrifus10 called me a racist word i cant say it because my mom's in the other room so if i typed it she might walk in the room and see it but this ***got needs to get banned what the **** he's yelling at me harassing me

also im really good at gfx and **** here's a huuuuuuge jpg of my portfolio its actually one gun i like to draw big and i dont know how to downres it so just scroll all the way across really slowly but not back and forth over and over thats inappropirate wildly anyways plz hire me and if not i can be a GP too i have experience listen i got banned once but it was my BROTHER my ****ing BROTHER who was talking to my gf and then he got online and my COUSIN my ****ing COUSIN started using hacks on his computer which my brother took and here's a screenshot of my BROTHER on my computer clearly proving im innocent and shouldnt have a ban record
