Most fast food place's meat such as cows are fed artifical growth hormones to make them larger to make them better to sell. These same hormones will most likely be in a patty you bought from your local mcdonalds. Which then consumed will have some effect on your child or self. My brother and I didn't hit puberty til 13. My nieces and cousins all hit it around 10 to 11 and they were fed a lot more fast food and im positive none of them ate much fish because ironically they hated fish.

It also just differs from person to person. Me, im 17 and still haven't hit puberty yet.
