'Ol West

Hay..

Many of you possibly remember 'Ol West very good, And the server is gone now.. I am thinking about buying another server besides Noctorious and brining back 'Ol West on it!

I am still waiting for Tig his response about it, But i want to know what you all think about it.

Tig decided to say No, Because he said no to many others and it would be unfair..
When he has time he will bring the server back tho!

I voted "No, never" because I can't remember anyone actually playing on it, it never had a very good structure, and the only thing that was unique about it was its theme. A theme can only get you so far before the novelty wears off.

tig's not going to give it to you anyway, and if he does, it'll fail within a week :/ not trying to be mean just being honest. dont try to skip out on the work by getting someone elses content and trying to go from there, it doesn't work out.

Ol' West was a great server but I don't think a revival would work as they almost never do.

What ever set Ol' West apart from Era other than the theme? It seemed while it was alive, the point seemed the same -- get guns and shoot others. I admit I didn't play much, but that was my first impression. Anyways, I never remembered Ol' West having a very large playerbase anyways, so I see no reason to bring it back. A lot of people said it was fun and cool, but I never saw anyone on. The idea has potential, but in the end unless someone can convince me that the premise is different from Era, I see no reason why it should ever make a comeback.
