who makes teh leet card things thats in sacs and other peoples signatures?

You see, the sandman gets all the people wishes for card sigs. So he calls Santa and tells him the cards that are needed. Once the cards are completed, the easter bunnies deliver them to the ghosts at the harbor. From there the ghost trade the cards to people from the black market. So then the market orders a dump truck to haul all the cards to the disposal plants. And from th.....
