hi, when i try to connect to any graal server it says that i have a Credit Card Problem.

i don't know what the hell is wrong with graal now, but i tried connecting to classic, and all the other servers, and it said credit card problem.

help?

the credit card is my mothers. i have had the account for an off 5 months. and my friend has also been playing graal on my account.

what is wrong?!

same thing happened to LordMax... maybe they made a filter or something that blocked the type of Credit cards you two used.

Someone disabled the account, and put that as the ban reason.

I think I know exactly what happened.
Unixmad got false information from his bank again, claiming that you used a fake CC. Therefore, he disabled your account, and I highly doubt it'll ever get unbanned knowing unixmad.

get your credit card bill, make a copy white out whatever purchases or what not you don't want to be seen and scan/mail it to unixmad/cyber jourer

What's laughable is the fact that just now Graal 2001 is getting lots of subscriptions and then unixmad goes on a banning-disabling spree. The fact that people are not able to play anymore(YOU) is very sad. :(

i dont and never have thought graal was ready for pay they have too many problems and if they keep it up they will end up with legal action and possible shut down methinks.

but who? there is nothing wrong with the credit card. and i tried to connect to Classic first. and it said that. i just sold my account to my friend. and he will get mad when he finds out that it is like that.

The money for the upgrade has been refund
by the owner of the credit card of by the bank,
so we needed to disable those accounts
because it's not fair if some people play for
free if others must pay for it.
That downgrading thing is not done automaticly,
so we did it to a couple of accounts at once.
