Help me with VIP
 

Im trying to upgrade to a VIP account, and to subscribe it says i need to log in first. Then once i log it it says "upgrade now to vip", right under the log in place. It also says "subscribe now" in the vip section. If i click on either of these it just goes back to the page, and im not logged in again. I tried quite a few times and couldnt get it to work...am i doing something wrong or what???:confused:

It sounds like you need to enable cookies.

Same thing was happening to me...
go to www.graal2001.com log in then click on the scroll bar that says
Upgrade to VIP today or what ever

All of it went just fine for me and everytime I goto GraalOnline it logs me in.

I use internet explorer...nothing like this has ever happened...and i have click the one right next to the side where you log in

Yeah I found while upgrading that I went in a circle at first.


1.)

Log In (On Right)
http://www.graalonline.com

2.) On top bar put mouse over Online store, then subscription center, or just go here after logging in:

http://www.graalonline.com/stores/upgrade.php

3.) Scroll down about 1/2 way, you should see all plans and it should say you have classic already. Go to VIP, Click read more.

4.)

At bottom of new page click:
Get Graal VIP Membership now!

And It should give you an order number, and then it should give you a link to Paypal, you log in there, Confirm payment, confirm some other stuff, Print (If you keep recipts) I also added in bottom to make sure I get it done correctly:

Account: Spark910
Order Number: #XXXXX
Upgrading: Adding VIP

Hmm, How about you jsut go read the "3000" posts already about this besides making us tell you all over agian? Besides the GraalOnline website explains it very well.

I can't submit pictures to the screenshots gallery, it says I need to register first :x I'm logged in, but it still says it.

There was a bug with "cross domain cookies", it mean if you were login on the web site from a URL other than www.graalonline.com most of the subscription features were broken.

I's now corrected.

I dont think he was acting like an idiot... he just stated that you should go read the other posts before asking people the same questions.
