You can call anyone a ******, if doesn't mean black person. To me, ****** means a punk, it can be someone of any race, black, yellow, white, red. Whatever.

****** is a african american. Nigga is just something to play around wit like if you told me to make you a gfx i would say aight nigga. etc. I dont go around saying that but thats a ex.

Niger is russian for Black person... in russia that's the only word that is used, I have no idea why though.
