I'm under the impression I can accomplish more for Graal alone than in a group of senseless bureaucracy. I think it's better to "go it alone".

i agree somewhat; only in the sense that players have to become developers (sorta') in order to make the types of changes they want seen around here

Absolutely - you don't have to be in some "fancy guild" to make the important changes you want :)

I can agree with this, but it does help to make yourself readily available with a collective group of people, and offer your services to help other players.
