cool. those variables for the random NPCs such as of how many, when, how frequently, etc. will be the face of your economy. it sounds fun to capture certain respawns to horde loot. and then there could be those respawns where you get like 10+ people chasing after it

for those really hard mafia-types you were talking about, it'd be cool if he also had gangs of people show up if you try to kill it, cause you know the mob runs deep :cool:

Well really, we are planning to make it so money is ALWAYS being used. Doing so, by making sure that almost everything on the server is perishable. With this, I'm assuming that much more money will be used and will always keep players on the go to keep getting money in order to keep doing whatever it is they are doing. It will all take a bit of time to figure out exactly how much x should cost, or how much x should get from doing x heist, so on and so forth.. Hopefully once we get a Beta up and running we'll be able to fine tune all these things. ^^

What guns is this server going to have? Almost any rifle worth a damn was invented after 1939.

That's not even KINDA true. I would never say that the Carbine, Garand or Browning Automatic weren't worth a damn, and that's just a couple of the American rifles used around that time.

And how about the tommy gun, im pretty sure that was a much used gang gun around that time?

It's hard for me to give gun advice without knowing whether or not you're going to allow the player to respawn where they die, for one thing. The answer helps to determine other aspects of game play.
