Well, alot was cleared up for me from reading other user-outputs and this is really cool. I cant wait till its released. Only one thing i see that could possibly lead to issues: the fact that rights are defined by guild rank. WHat if one staff member abuses one certain right, such as disconnecting, or warping... Would you be able to take the one individual right away?

Well I think they might release it a bit earlier seeing that they are already done. Else my guess is around 4pm GMT+1 time. Thats in....6 hours

Guys it's really easy...just look at zephirot's post time and what time his say sit is when he posted. For me (PST, -8 GMT) that means they are 9 hours ahead.

I still really think it will be 4:00 their time like I said before (so that's 6 hours from now, as also said by Pimmeh)
