i didn't quit, i got RC removed.

i never askt for a high post, i came back after multiply times of un explained rc removal.
i was there way before beta..
i recall alot of work i did but it pobably got removed as the server got revamped a few times.

If they dislike you then thats a good reason for not wanting you as manager, you have to be able to get along with the other staff.

The problem is there is currently no other staff ;)

Im a bit confused. is whoever the current owner of the server trying to get rid of the server or just look for a manager? Why doesnt the one who's paying the bills manage the server?

Oh and whoever that may be, once the server goes classic your going to have a problem. When the server goes classic, the one paying the bills is no longer needed and therefore could be stripped of all his rights. When a server becomes classic you NO longer own it. So i suggest who's ever paying the bills, make yourself manager, so you can be around when the server goes classic. Of course once it's classic, if you are not qualified to be manager you will be forced to quit by Global Staff. Just thought i'd let you know.

Well I have always been the manager of Noctorious. Name wasn't able to manage it for multiple reasons irl. We had worked together at The Light which was a server we made last year and which systems and graphics would become the core of Noctorious.

I was one of the managers of The Light and I guess that helped Name when choosing me. I've manage Noctorious ever since. After the problems Noctorious had with the whole staff team we all quit/were fired. I decided to come back to help Name, as I don't like the idea of leaving Noctorious to die. After coming back, I decided that I might not be as useful for Noctorious as I used to be as I am a little tired of it and asked name for permission to look for my replacement.

We are basically looking for a manager. Not trying to get rid of the server or anything.

Yes the owner and he has stated over 500 times that he does not want to manage it.

I was trying to say that maybe he doesn't want you to manage it either, not because you're unqualified or anything, but maybe because he doesn't like you.

Im not saying that he doesnt or anything, but you said yourself that it looked like he was waiting for anyone else to apply to get round you or something.

Hi, my name is Anubis. My account name is anubis_wing. I have been around servers many times and think that it's time I try managing a server.

I have had leadership experience on Zone when I was the Events Team chief, however brief it was I did lead a team. I have worked on doing graphics for many servers such as Maloria and Zodiac, and other smaller non-hosted servers.

I would like to be the manager because I believe that I would be a fair and understanding individual in which I would be able to lead a staff team into the ranks of a hosted server.

I don't plan on doing much development unless I want to, so the only thing you'd be hiring me as would be a manager to kick people around and get them into shape.

With that you mean you don't want to do the development yourself right?

A manager is not required to do one bit of development work. A manager is, what is sounds like, someone who manages and makes sure there's assignments and enough manpower to get them done.
