but it's origional use is as a tool to help a normal CUSTOMER to enjoy the game more and if he/she en****ers problems they are there to solve them. but for some RC's the just think they are cool cos they got RC. for example, i say to loriel " can u change the email on this account as i dont have access to it anymore", and he repleys "Nah", so i ask him again and say it is urgent and he asked me why i want it changed, so i tell him AGAIN and he ignores my, i wait a bit and ask him again and he asked why i want it changed, and once again i tell him and he ignore me, i ask him again (see a pattern here) and he say just tell me the email to change it to then. this is him thinking he is so cool he can piss me about ad many other PAYING CUSTOMERS.

That's what it should be used for but now it's just power for idiots like konidas

I think Stefan should take his own advice.

If your going to put your game on for all to play, (and possibly pay), you need to learn to accept criticism. You have some serious flaws in your system for administration. You might want to rethink your organizations structure, because Frankly it sucks.

You can only draw in new customers for so long by building new playerworlds and the like. Sooner or later you have to face the issues at hand.

i don't have anything against nintendo, other than the fact that it's marketed to kids yet you still love it so much, you really need to grow up

I like Nintendo, but because most of the time the gameplay is good, that's what counts for me, unless the storyline is completely *****ic and/or corny. (edit: ok, I might sound completely like a hypocrite there)

Dude, your just mad at me because I didn't make a stupid gfx for you after I said I might make it, you than later said "I'm not your friend anymore" Dude, your just a user.

Also, when I do have working dnd, I usualy am working, quite sad acutaly, I just think, being staff is fun, you get to develop a game that other people play on and have fun (development that is) I just can't handle administration too much, ie Police and gp, it just gets stressfull when you have holy flaming sheep hurdeling twords your direction O.O
Well, the staff does take a betting anyway, and as for profesanals (god I suck at spelling) There are no "profeshanals" for graal administration =\ development ofcourse, but they cost alot, and I think getting rid of player staff would rewin the whole uniqueness of graal, player to player based situations, hell'of alot better than talking to a puter trying to fix your problmes.

Added:
There are no other games quite like graal, thats why I think there are so many problems, its all new territory for people.

You know what I notice? It's staff on 2001 who are called corrupt, anyone notice that?Want to know why?Almost every staff on 2001 started like 2 months ago or this year so they have no idea about how to run things and how things are run so they run it their way (aka the wrong way) :) I am staff on Classic and I don't get called corrupt.,people praise me for just responding to their PM's (PS to 2001 staff:It's not hard to do)

I agree and realized that. People on classic don't get called corrupt, I come from Classic and I've been playing Graal for about 2 years. I have ALOT of experience and am WELL known on classic. I've applied for jobs on Graal2001 and didn't get them, Graal2001 staff rather hire someone who hasn't been playing graal for very long, and will be at a point corrupt, not answering pms, etc. If you know me I'm a nice person, I have level skills, staff experience, RC experience. Yet I'm always ignored on Graal2001 about job positions and someone I've never heard of who has 6 hours on classic gets the job.

DeathChill 12-18-2001 08:51 AM

Stop trying to pitch yourself! It also requires people skills for the application ;)

In my humble opinion, if an admin is going to be on RC or on a staff tag, they're online to take questions and answer, help out, whatever.

If they decide to bug hunt, or go watch tv, or anything other than staff related things, they need to log off the RC or tag.
