stop requesting things that I know are possible but just woln't happen... trust me! grr... layering... this sorta stuff makes it hard for me to support good ideas.... its a wonderfull idea and it wouldn't be too much of a strain on Stefan(and he would know why) but I just can't support it for the exact same reason... my past comes back to haunt me...

Want some cool, free games? Go to station.sony.com ;-) Just a suggestion.

Here it comes, I'm about to be banned. Have a nice day everyone, mentioning other games is an instant ban.

Even though they aren't games which even slightly undermine Graal in any way.

I think the heads and the bodies really don't fit one another personally.

[edit] and obviously they don't have very many limits to colors...[/edit]

Supporting true-color pngs wouldn't be a problem,
besides the fact that they take 3 times the memory
and could cause problems for people with older
graphic cards. If its really needed we could support
that but I fear that too many people would 'abuse'
it and add images of 24bit just because they are too
lazy to convert it, and make graal more laggy than when
using 8bit.

LOL LOL LOL

G2k2 looks so crappy!!

very crappy bodies, same old crappy heads but the only thing that looks nice is the background!

You're the only one that has that exact opinion. :) Shows how much intelligence you have.

Oh please. The people in this project are exactly like PW owners, I'm sure.

So hold on a second...Stefan sets Pw Owners for failure? He doesn't provide them with the proper tools, then he gives these people a new engine with advanced features.

Does Stefan want quality out of PWs? Or does he just want some distraction?

Stefan shoould at least give us some layering capabilities, and some way to have more colors in images...alot more could be done that way.

Ugh....don't know why I even bother...

why would you need more than 256 colors for ONE image? that is a lot for one image. it's more than enough. just make it at true color than convert it to 256

Well, people who have their own singular opinions which are not similar to anyone else's and are isolated, are generally idiots to me.

I didn't know that was Jack, anyway, so he automatically qualifies as an idiot.

Well Stefan, anyone "to lazy" shouldn't own a playerworld in the first place. Stefan, I would work on graal and make images of SNES quality, and levels of the same, if you added this. Its the one limitation I can't get past, and need you to fix. Think about it, and maybe you will realize lazy PW owners shouldn't own a PW....

Some styles require more color..have you ever taken an art class? Well lemme give you a quick lesson...more variation in colors of some relation will enhance the detail of a object alot...try it some time. Color variation will improve gfx an incredible ammount, colors you wouldn't expect to put in put in, experiment, and I promise the quality in gfx will improve.

ZanderX 11-29-2001 11:03 PM

However, more colors will greatly increase the size of the image as far as computer graphics go.
