Actually, thats a lizardon head, and if I recall, there are no lizardons on zelda at all...
We definitely have the same concept though.

Also, the bricks we used on the stairs are a bit different. The entrance "floor" right before the mouth, it's also a completely different shape. They used straight rectangles, as we used rounded rectangles on both sides. Not to mention neither the shading, texture, or color is the same.

It's a lizardon head dude. -_-

Hers the zelda one. Second image I believe.

Also, your image you posted is old. Sage made it even better since then. Thats why it's best not to post up content on a dev server unless you know what's going on and work there.

Here is what we've had at least today, I think longer...

So again, I'm not heading out to bash anyone, but if someone wants to start accusing, they need to be sure they are right.

I agree, just because they have the same concepts they should not be bothered.. Because Graal tiles are VERY similar to Zelda tiles.

I spot a few tiles that are from LTTP, or appear that they were based off the game atleast. See the gravestones, castle door, swamp tiles (in color atleast). I realize this is a dev server so I'm not really complaining, just pointing it out.

Armageddon is going smoothly. We finally have an events system, and are starting on events. We also are starting the quests levels and scripts soon. The quests themselves are already made, but levels and scripts need to be implemented for them.

We're also continuing the creation of classic style weapons. The boomerang is the one at hand right now. Fixing up the dash script too so all you guys can run through bushes and stuff as well.

We've also started a player house system. You will have a grid for the inside of a player house, can buy furniture, pictures, ect and place them in the house. Houses can be made by the player or purchased as is, but they have to be empty for this system to work (e.g. no beds, bookshelves, ect in it).

We're also working on a npc chat system, much like rpgs. It's mostly for quests, but we will implement it for all npcs, so you can respond to most regular ones too.

Also adding in our jail system. It's unique, you'll just have to wait and see. :)

We have new things like a message system, unique, at least from what I've seen, from any other server. It has guild messages that can be left for when members log in with tag, or set their tag. Also can /tell and /reply for those who would prefer not to open pm's. Other side things added are things like smart baddies, auction house in the works, and updates on current npcs.

Will post again on the next major update.

Good luck with your server.

Well we finally have our warp system up. This also means access is open to The Abyss.

The Abyss is a group of levels for any guild registered on the server to have at it against other guilds. It's a constant war zone, so any guild at any time can come it and fight other guilds. It shows the top 5 guilds kill amount, as well as the guild you are in kill amount. Hopefully this will give guilds one more thing to do during downtime, uptime, or boredness.

Other than the numerous tile errors in the cliffing and the use of treetop images rather than tiled trees, I'd say everything looks great! I assume those blueish screenshots are from a Dark Worldish world warp?

With kills, does it only track guilds, or does it do player specific tracking as well? For those who are not in guilds, will they be able to participate?

wtf is wrong with using images?

DustyPorViva 12-11-2009 08:47 AM

Probably because they bug out when you're warping. I suggest using seteffect rather than changing the color of the level.
