If they press charges against Nem for this. Its understandable, but what about EVERYONE else that break the agreement you sign when you make graal accounts. Example, sharing accounts,using third party programs, "hacking" servers, deleting entire servers by stealing RCs, etc.. Those are all against that contract, are they not? I don't see graal suing those people.

Difference is he was faxed an agreement and a disclosure to sign, some of which states any damage to the game he creates can be held accountable for in a court of law, in other words sued for breach of contract. He was not given any powers till this was signed and sent back. There is a slight difference in your signature on a document than hitting an " I agree" button. Downside is Graal will have to prove damage to the Game UNLESS they go after him for breach of contract, this they can get monetary damages for.

All they have to do is prove he violated the terms of the contract, which would not be too hard to do under the circumstances. But this is quite costly because they are in France and Marc is in the USA so to weigh it out it doesn't seem cost effective to prosecute Marc. There was no real damage done to Graal just an inconvenice to some, unless Unixmad wants to make an example of him by doing it.

Well, I just don't think that having a 38 year old woman with 2 children willing to do such things over a phone with someone from Graal who's almost 20 years younger than her and taping it is a good or responsible thing for a person to do. Especially a GP Chief. But it's your judgement, I'm just going by what I've heard.

It shouldnt have been graal related, and wasnt until someone decided to spread the links all over graal, and whether Knightress did it herself, or had someone else do it, or even gave them to someone else that allowed this to happen...she is the cause of it being spread everywhere on graal.

If your the same anU who I'm thinking of, the one who plays kingdoms a lot with the account anUk or something like that and spent $150-$200 on a couple kingdoms items, than you need to take a look at yourself before you start talking **** about other people. If your not the same one than if your old enough to legally goto a kegger than you shouldn't be playing graal.

Personally, I listened to them for several reasons:
1) To see if it was actually Nemesis, and Knightress
2) To see how bad it was
3) To see who instigated it

It was a setup, nothing more
Knightress getting back at someone who pissed her off

The Global IP overwrites local IP's, so it's pointless to set his IP, and it's sad I must say that this has happened :'(

I had just got word that M1nt and Inzane had released the last 2 clips of the Nemesis call. These are said to be the worst of them all. Anyone who has talked to M1nt knew that there were a couple of unreleased ones.
