It's strongly illegal to take away money without
evidence. Icepick got his gralats without
cheating, other than a lot of other people here
(i only say events team and the houses with illegal
npcs).
There were accounts created with stolen credit cards
(Yakuna_2001 etc.) but AFAIK not from Icepick. It's
not good when you start to call someone a criminal
in real life just because you don't like him in the game.

It happened when an RC gave him like 5000 gralats awhile ago

I don't think he should have lost his money. Whether he got it fairly or not, I don't know, but it doesn't matter to anyone else.
