Legends don't need talent. Fame is easy to get, popularity you have to work for. Think back on famous historical figures; the most memorable ones were the ones that started wars, oppressed their people, etc. Not all famous figures were popular. I mean, Adolf's a legend, but not in a good way.

Adolf was also in many minds a genius. Sure he was sick, but look at how he corrupted the minds of millions.
