She didn't play.
She just came on one day and Link's like "OMG HER GRAAL CHARACTER IS HOT!" Hired her, and according to the rumor, they were cyber-dating, though neithier of them will/have admit/amitted it.

The app AlexH made is pretty good i think its better than essay thing Alk was doing.

Hm... I prefer the application/experience METHOD

They fill out the app... so you know they WANT to join.
THEN you look at their graal past etc. etc.

Works out fine. ;)

No, essays were excellent, the maximum word count was to low, but a lot of applications get sent so they have to do that.

That's close to begging, or putting sorrow on a person. I hate everybody that is coming on this forum and going "I submitted my application, I hope I get it!". If you submitted your application, and you are the best for the job, then chances are you would get in. I sent in an application, but if I don't get the job, it is because somebody is better than me. It's called "Playing on someone's emotions" Making them feel guilty for you and pitiful, people that use this strategy are low in self-esteem and are easily pushed aside, in other words -bad choice for Police, hackers can push them around, generally these people only want the power, not the responsibility.

Note:
My app was like.. 1.4K charas long, took about.. 3 minutes to type.

Essays are stupid. Wow I am going to write a 1-2 page essay on Why I want to be a Graal Police. Biggest **** in the world. Specially for those who suck at essays put would do the job good.
