Hell Raven works on X, stefan banned an X account that he was hacking on servers with, X gave him another account. He also is going to be an Admin on Shaded Legands I think he said....very sad.

I for 1 am very angry about him getting another account from X....I even went on the server and told the FAQ chief or some chief about what happened, so they know......hell Raven said that they gave him another account because they dont want to lose his skills, I also went to the other server and told them about it so they would know what kind of staff they were about to hire, and was told they seem to hire hackers there....I just dont know

I believe Scalper and Hell Rven are good friends, that explains a bit of Shaded Legened. But X, you cant stop their curruption, you got the Biggest Admin on graal that was known for her curruption, and her internet husband, together that equals hiring hackers, and firing some good staff members, i mentioned this like 3 weeks ago, but everyone just asked me why did i bother making the thread

It is your job to hire, fire and manage your Staff , all Nemesis will do is make sure you use the Guidelines set down in the Graal rules.. Nothing more nothing less, he may offer suggestions on working with your Staff and aid you if you have questions on anything , he will be there to help you not hinder you....If you take his advice on how to handle your Staff is up to you...the only thing he will enforce is the following of the Graal rules.... I hope this explains this a little better for you.

Servers don't have to follow the "Classic" or "G2K1" rules, so we only have to follow the Code of Conduct, and make our own rules. I think that every server owner should have a chat in the private forums to discuss the "main" constution of the servers. then each server can bring up a rule, and the PW Admins along with Nemesis, will decide on if it should be amended, rejected, etc... The Rules purposed can be either for all servers or a server law for like, no pking (Like on Valkorlia)...

If it's only a rule for your own server, then why bother disucssing it with all the other owners?

well, its something likes Canada's System, there are 3 stages of government, Federal, Provencial, and municiple... Federal take care of internation affairs, and other things likes that. They pass bills (laws) and its either for the country or for a provence/town.

I know ArchAngel very well and she has the same view of hackers that we do and I know she would never allow such a thing... I believe it was Hell Raven shooting off the mouth about that on Aim .......I don't know you as well so don't really know your views on this but I am sure it is the same as ArchAngel.

There are no longer Staff accounts like N-Pulse_ it is personal upgraded accounts and put in the server options ...... where have you been? :confused:

i havnt read every post on this, i dont think ths is a bad idea but i have a few questions, what admin is going to actually review the playerworld? and i agree with Koni if i had a playerworld that is up i wouldnt want anything negative to be done, so refering to your self as one like Birdy isnt quite true, Birdy does alot of stuff, but if you do something bad, and it like the Bird Bird does, then, umm.. I dont know. As i said its not a bad idea, i just think there needs to be a few limitations to your power. I think the 2 testers idea is good, maybe just not the admin. Theres my opinion on the subject...
