What's the point of teaching assistants how to be account admin if you're just going to put someone completely different in next month, who fires them and hires completely different assistants again?
HERE'S an idea. IceHawk, you can be the herald of the new age of Accounts Admin, just like Fox was for LAT. Write up a document saying that when the Accounts Admin leaves, their senior assistant or viceadmin or whatever takes over, and they pick their own viceadmin from the assistant pool. Get a GM or Owner to make it law, then abide by it. I'm sodding tired of the highest admins coming out of nowhere and screwing over the middle management who work for years hoping for a promotion.
