The cloak idea has been tossed around for about 2-3 years :) In fact, if you were staff I would refer you to a thread from that time. But you're not.

Stop Whimpering, from what I can gather Only the Gold cloak takes an EC, as for the rest it is a different combo of the stuff listed, I assume the jems for the color and the parts for each one

Also if I might add, it is not that hard to obtain the stuff required, As Craigus said, just party in the maps and the rest isnt that hard

Hi. Wasn't your idea. I saw them come up with this in the staff forum a LONG time ago.

If you own both cloaks glitching isnt so bad. Its when people glitch things they dont own that it becomes aproblem. I.E. (and the one that effects you the most) The demon shield.

There is no quest, it's just not as simple as getting a cloak as it is to buy a new weapon for 1 plat, since weapons and armor must be be improved using spells/scrolls, while the cloaks cannot.

Not a problem. Just need to bug the looks of the one you want to go with the CoMP. Now if the bug was actually fixed, THEN this would be a "problem".

If what Stefan says is true, that the new cloaks cannot be scrolled, then yeah whoever sold their CoPM got owned.

You do not need an EC for every single one. I've told many people that, do not post if you don't know what you are talking about.
