I do talk to high Admins and Unixmad but I am not at liberty to say any more on the issue, sorry I said all that I can. btw I have a very high regard for Angel and she did recommend me for PWA and I had her support on that, so no I have no resentment for her at all about anything. Not everything I know or hear I can discuss in great detail other than at times I may make a broad statement but that is all I am at the time able to do. I release anything I may know of; if I am allowed to do so; if not I can't and I hope you guys understand that. Also sometimes I may not know the whole story only the end result and I don't press for any more details that I have already been given.

Guy, you're not the only one who speaks to high admins or unixmad. So you got recommended? big whoop, so you're going to be another person to leave a perfectly good playerworld just to review other ones, I reckon a rule should be put in place, no one who currently manages a playerworld can quit to become a PWA.

Moon God doesn't really manage N-Pulse, Moon Goddess does.. And she does a fine job to. ;) I think Moon God should become a PWA, he'd be good at it.. :D In my opinion.

I was supposed to be Nemesis first asst when he first got the job way back when. (He asked me) I was talking to Unixmad at the same time he was giving Nem the job. But none of this really matters and not worth going into, whether I get a PWA job or another job is of no importance, all I would like to see is good people in the right places so Graal runs smoother. I will be just as happy to see someone else get a Graal Admin job, if they can do justice to the position. My only concern is the betterment and smoother running Graal no matter who is what, where. If I do that’s fine and if I don't that’s fine too. I have no ego problem concerning if I do or not, lol I out grew problems with an ego in my early twenties. First off it does you no good to have some swelled head and think you know everything, age has a way of cooling egos and hot heads.

Sure we all have our tempers but if your true desire is the best for someone or something, then you will do what is best, even if that means stepping aside or not even get in the picture. I will not change what I have been doing all along, helping who and when I can. Managing a PW is not my only interest on Graal, never has been nor is being an Graal Admin been my primary aim. My goal if we must tag it this way, is to have fun, help who I can with whatever they need (if I am able too) and do whatever I can to make Graal a better place to be. Power and position don't mean much to me if I can't help people on here with it. I have done much on Graal without any kind of power and it is not necessary for me to have any for that matter to help who I can. It really tends to be more of a headache than a blessing at times. To whoever gets a Graal Admin job , I only wish them Luck and do right by Graal is all I am looking for.

Yes, I feel you'd be better at an Admin job as many people can trust and respect you. Also your age, although age has nothing to do with most of this but still, your age is a responsible age and most people are Mature then.

When Nemesis get the test done, it will be a while so nobody even quote me asking when it will be done as Nemesis announced it a bit early. But im sure he and a few past PWA staff have ideas who they'd like on the job. So I hope some of those trustworth people get the job as I think that would make the whole PWA team nicer. I only wish some of the old staff didn't quit as they were great, but people have to leave sometimes.

How about going through it like everyone else will have to, by actually showing you can do the job rather than letting people recommend you.

Many others can, just not given the chance to.



Sure you say that, but im sure that doesn't apply to everyone, and was this directed at me?

Yeah I'm sure being best friends with the admins would also help getting power and a job, whereas others who can do the job, just don't suck up and make friends with the higher up admins.

My past record speaks for itself but you obviously don't know anything about it or me. You act as if I am new to Graal.When a application is put up I will do one like everyone else will, I expect and will do no less.
People who do not stand out by what they do will always be left in the cold, here or in real life. If you have to blow your own horn so to speak then you are not worthy of a postion.

I am not best friends with the Admins , we discuss things like we are here and I offer opinions. Graal will not be made better unless things are discussed , people discuss things with people they respect and trust to give honest answers. I am not now nor ever have been the type of person who is a "yes man" or a suck up . I give opinions whether it is popular or not , I don't base my opinions on popularity but what I honestly feel is best for the Game. Many here will answer to what the masses want to hear and not what they honestly think ,feel or what is best. Ask Kai Brett; Kai and I have had some strong opposing views on Rules but one thing is sure , we both only want what is best for Graal and this is what counts not going along with the crowd for the sake of being popular.

So when are they hiring a new one

Skip the **** and get down to the point, Kai said I wouldn't get a worthy response out of you, and he was right like usual. I only have one more thing to say, but I do know about your past, and your "record", I still think current playerworld managers should stick with their guns, and stay with their servers, look at Angel, I'm not bad mouthing her, but she's a very good friend, look at what happened there, she stayed with PWA for a whole few weeks, wow then went back to her playerworld. What makes anyone else think you wont do the same, then make it a hassle for Nemesis to have to hire a new person.

Some of you need to chill out if you plan on going for PWA. Your arguments could lead you to being eliminated quickly if you post something bad.

Moon Goddess and I both run Npulse and either of us are very capible of running it. I am not one that would go back regardless of what happens. What for? Moonie can do well on her own and doesn't need me to help her run Npulse. Its best as I have said before not to base opinions about all to apply to all for the simple reason we are all not clones and do not react the same about things. Whether I do or not go for PWA is debatible because of things I know that you do not. I may decide to do nothing more than play the Game, nothing right now is set in stone. I am waiting for some new rules to be set before I decide on what I am going to do.

I disagree , let them post . It gives whoever hiring and insight to the personality of the poster, this has a impact on how they can relate to people here and as well as doing their job. If they can't get along here with people then it is a safe bet they cannot do a PWA job or any Graal Admin job.

It's obvious for some reason you have a personal axe to grind with me why I haven't a clue. But one thing is sure you are banned from these Forums and are violating Forum rules by posting on this account. (Ban evasion) I have never been banned or jailed on any server on Graal. I follow the rules that are laid out for everyone; this doesn't make me better or worse than anyone else. Its just if anyone desires to be a Graal Admin then you cannot have a history of abuse on the Game, you will get noticed alright but for all the wrong reasons. There are people I don't care for on Graal but that doesn't mean they would not do a good job at something. I have hired people on my Staff I didn't care for but as long as they follow Graal rules and our Staff rules, it doesn't matter whether I like them or not, only that they are able to do the job they are applying for.

I think Angel would still be on the PWA team if there was a full team when she was hired. Nemesis is not only PWA but a GM and Manager and also has a life and people who IM him alot so oveerall he is extremly busy. Not to mention alot of PWs have all finished at the same time so Angel was buried in PWs. And as she was new people asked her more as they wanted to know her and see if she can do the job so she was rushed off her feet. But I think if there was a full team at the time and not just 2 people then she may have stayed longer as the work would have been spread a bit more easily.
