Did you read any of the previous posts? Also, you seem to be hired on EVERY UC server an do ZERO work.

Don't you realise every single person who buys a server without any Developmental talent, prior planning or significant experience is special and guaranteed to break the current 5 year long trend of failed servers because somehow they are different to every other person that has tried and failed, even those who did actually have talent, a sufficient plan and credible experience?
