Oh well. You do realize more hours still doesn't really mean more knowledge right? Anyone can read website guides (like sizzler's Era guide) and know more than other people with more hours.

But in general someone with more hours would be considered to have more knowledge and experience with a server.

Exactly, as a rule of thumb, someone with a lot of hours, you would assume they would have a lot of experience.

I could have sworn thats when I started Felix. I was around as a trial when Trial island was still here. The day I got my gold there was no more trial island

Here is what I think the new FAQ's should fill out.

Hours:
ACTIVE (I say active because mostly everyone on here isn't too active)
Answer the series of questions below:

(Have a wide variety of questions that range from a simple command to giving some directions on how to get somewhere from where they currently are)
Gold (yes or no): (you never know someone who's vip might try to apply)

It should look more like this but with more detail and a few more questions.

Game Hours:
Upgrade Status:
What year did you start GK?
Have you ever had a bad history on GK of scamming?

Why would you make a good FAQ?

Do you think you have a good understanding of Graal Kingdoms and can answer questions quickly or direct the person in question to somebody who can? (for general Graal related questions.)

no one would tell the truth on that one.

I don't really see what information is going to be gained from an application that isn't already well-known.

You can see what they answer and if they say no and you have proof that they did you know they are lying and won't be good for the job.

With an application you can weed out those who don't know as much as they say they do.

Having hired FAQs before I can tell you that applications are a waste of time. On every question of any relevance you get pretty much the same response from everybody and just end up going with the people well-known in the community.

All I have gotten is read older posts for that answer. Which I have, and I have failed to see any plans for a FAQ team. If Kingdoms ever hopes to be noob friendly then it is going to need a FAQ team. BTW game hours shouldn't be the most important thing, it should be general knowledge. Especially with someone like me who made a second account.

He didn't say there would be a FAQ team but he did say that he said there would be one which is pretty much the same thing. The only question now is why there isn't one yet when the only reason ever given was the need to resolve the RC issue which has been resolved for quite some time.

It should start on the weekend.
