I didnt like being banned for no reason either, its nothing to do with age or maturity, it's to do with the fact its wrong.

Consider the fact Nyt was banned off NPulse for certain reasons, she's best friends with Bloo, dont need a degree to put 2 and 2 together do you.

Wasnt that long ago the rules said you had to have proof to ban someone, guess that flew out the window.
Now its ban someone for something said on some forums.

Wrong...to start with, I was going there because I think the graphics are awsome, and I have been watching for future updates. It isnt about my ego, it is about my rights, and my reputation. These people are telling flat out lies, in order to ban me from going on the server. It isnt about peop-le saying they are banning me just because they dont like me or want me there, this is about people saying that I constantly harrass people on the server, and cause trouble, which is a 100% lie. I never did that, nor did I call Knightress those things that MarkB said he saw me say, that is what this is about. Anyone who knows me, knows I would never do those things...As for the reputation of the others? Well, enough said.
Anyway, I am over the initial shock, and will now leave it in Unixmad's and the globals hands.

To MarkB, who I like or dislike does not even need to come into play here, I am perfectly capable of going on a server and just ignoring a person I dont like, as I have shown (even though you want to lie about it, you know the truth) I played DD quite frequently when Knightress worked there, and there were never any problems...I ignored her, she ignored me. You do what you want, but I can guarantee you that if you continue the way you are going, you will destroy your server just by the way you treat people. Lying is NEVER an answer, or a good plan, it will backfire in your face. You should also probably tell your staff members to stop going to Npulse to try and turn people against me, it wont work, people know me well there, and it just kinda proves my point about reputation of certain people.

I dont care whether everyone likes me, nor do I expect it, but when people start telling bull-faced lies to discredit me, they have crossed the line, and I will fight back. You can feel that is right or wrong, it's everyone's individual option to do so, but I do what I feel is right, and I fight for what I believe in, no matter where it is.....

If this was a public server, then yes, a reason would be necessary. However, this is a private, in-development, paid server. Based upon the current rules, they have the right to control the access to their server (again, to a certain extent).

An arguably poor attempt to seem like they're the better persons in the eyes of others, more specifically, in the eyes of the administration.

Well I know bloo and I trust him he wouldent ban moonie and moonman if what he said was not true. I know him hes a great guy, he wouldent do such a thing without a good reason. There for I have to think that moonie is infact lieing.

I think this thread needs to be closed... Archaic has been revived, and now it's just turned into a personal dispute.

Moongoddess, the thing that peeves me most about you, is that you act like this is so important. You were banned on a private playerworld because somebody there didn't like you. That's fine, there isn't really any arguement to be made.

Yet you have to sit there and say "I'm through with arguing, I will let Unixmad and the PWA handle it", like they are all on your side in the situation. Unixmad isn't even supposed to handle those issues, for one. It would be the PWA's call, and I would imagine they would do the CORRECT thing, and follow the guidelines and rules that have been set, which means you stay banned, instead of making up new rules as they go along, which are breaking the old ones.

Tifa quit Graal, but she still sticks around looking for trouble as usual. Ah don't you love it. :)

I agree let the PWA handle it but it seems you have already made up your mind before the evidence has been presented. Even under the old rules you need proof of someones wrong doing. I was questioned a few times by the PWA about a banning , but we always document what was done so Npulse always was justified in any banning or if I find the rules were not followed by Staff they were released. There was and I imagine there still are folders on FTP to put the proof in, i.e.. screenshots , PMs, and so on. Unless there is some change I don't know about we always had to have proof of a banning.

Yesterday I thought almost everything had been discussed, and so the thread was coming to a natural end. Now I see that most of the participants decided to substitute points for insults. If that's how you prefer to argue then fine, but do it elsewhere.

As far as I know, the PWA haven't yet defined rules for private, developing servers. Is it unfair if a server kicks off every person that logs in, for example? Does that violate your 'rights'? What if they allow their friends to log in, even if they're not staff? In doing so they're splitting the public into two sets (those who can access and those who cannot) just as the Archaic staff did, but I'll wager that nobody would complain about that.

The private servers aren't part of the Graal product. You're not entitled to play on any of them. Until specific rules are made about banning players from them, you don't have any grounds to complain.

And even if you do feel that the situation is unfair, you should not make the complaint here. Moon Goddess, you should know better, and I'm sorely tempted to give you a warning over this. Got a PW problem? Go to the PWA. Don't start flamewars.
