I can understand getting money back for something that is broken like a toy, but for an online game which you have probably played already and enjoyed untill you got "bored" then there shouldn't be a refund. Stefan has every right to not give you a refund and if he does then he is a nice guy, but if he doesn't, oh well, your loss.

Graal is an online game...which is different than a retail store...Graal is a online game service...the contract you read and agree to are binding. When you hack or something similar you have the right to be banned or whatever the administrators see fit.

You can't goto a store buy a game open up the game play it and say I don't want this game anymore and return a open game back to the store and expect them to give you your money back

In gaming agreements/contracts, when it says you will not get a refund and that the owners and admins of the game are able to delete your account for no reason, you won't get refunds and you are able to have your account deleted (for whatever reason). There is not law that says "You cannot have your account deleted, or not recieve a refund on something you purchase."
