By the way; pertaining to your enactment of 'us' post; we probably don't ask for a refund because we are intelligent enough to realize that we agreed to no refund.

or, more or less, some of us are satisfied with upgrading our graal account(s) and being able to use the privileges that come with our upgraded account :D

for believing that all of the other game contracts that say "refunds" pertain to graal.

If the graal site says no refunds, then stefan will say no refunds. The site is managed by him.

Sorry, im not a retard like you... plus i never started this argument in the first place, it was zeothonline who started your stupid argument. I merely defended one of the things he said, that that is that we have the RIGHT (yes that is right, i did say RIGHT) to have a refund if we are not satisfied with Graal when we sign up for it.

Valder 01-06-2002 02:43 PM

This is kinda funny. I don't think Worlann thinks he knows what he is talking about.

How do you have a right to a refund? There is no such law.

Worlann and you are both wrong. We win. You lose. END

Torankusu 01-06-2002 02:45 PM

You are given the right to play, and for some unknown reason, *****. No where does it now say on the site "Your money will be refunded if you are not satisfied."

It's the secret law of righteousness, and only the crowned heads of Europe know it! SHHHH THOUGH!!!!

Valder 01-06-2002 02:45 PM

I'm pretty sure if something says "NO REFUNDS" or "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" that there are no cash back guarentees. If he was caught hacking then he should have been banned and that's that.

zerothonline 01-06-2002 02:45 PM

i say we should get refunds like nething u buy........as it is in the
no frills franklins or in a toy shop.....we should all get refunds if we think its a **** house game (which i do not think)

hmm, I don't remember that right...please point me in the direction where said phrase is posted.

Also, you seem to forget that IF your account is terminated before you even get a chance to say you are "unhappy" you don't get a refund nor are you entitled to one :p

WoRlaNN2k 01-06-2002 02:46 PM

OK OK! Believe your retarded ways, just don't complain when you lose your money to a game, because I sure the hell won't let any game take my money away from me unless im satisfied with the product. Now don't get me wrong, im not saying Graal sucks. And yes, I know EXACTLY what im talking about.

I can understand getting money back for something that is broken like a toy, but for an online game which you have probably played already and enjoyed untill you got "bored" then there shouldn't be a refund. Stefan has every right to not give you a refund and if he does then he is a nice guy, but if he doesn't, oh well, your loss.

Fine, keep thinking that. Doesn't mean you can get it from Graal, since it says in the contract (Which is null and void for you, since you signed it under false pretenses by violating the COPPA Internet Privacy Act, and signing up for 2001 when you were only 12) that there are no refunds.

That is parental consent only thing. I don't know what verifies if they have consent, though.

I've said it many times. I will say it once more only. If you have payed for a game but are not satisfied with it, then you can get a refund. With a few exceptions. If you hack or have owned the game for a long time, then you won't get your money at all. End of story

Why are you calling him a *****? You sir are the *****. You want to have a refund when there is no law that states there should be. We have stated it many times yet you still want to claim there should be. So please, shut up now and drink something lethal.

that is only if refunds are applicable or available.

Most commercial stores such as Staples or Toys R Us will refund your purchase if you return it and certain circumstances have or have not been met (i.e. the product has not been opened or tampered with in such a manner as to cause it to purposely breakdown).

Graal is an online game...which is different than a retail store...Graal is a online game service...the contract you read and agree to are binding. When you hack or something similar you have the right to be banned or whatever the administrators see fit.

You can't goto a store buy a game open up the game play it and say I don't want this game anymore and return a open game back to the store and expect them to give you your money back

And we have said it many times. In gaming agreements/contracts, when it says you will not get a refund and that the owners and admins of the game are able to delete your account for no reason, you won't get refunds and you are able to have your account deleted (for whatever reason). There is not law that says "You cannot have your account deleted, or not recieve a refund on something you purchase."

No, you cannot.

There is no French law that says this.

That is, unless you want to learn French in five minutes and find us the particular law in France that says this.

Think of Graal like a Toys R Us game policy. THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM TOYS R US IF YOU BOUGHT A GAME IS IF THE GAME IS STILL SEALED, If you've played classic before and wanted to upgrade your account you cannot get a refund because you tried the test version, liked it, and wanted more.
