So.. how long will this new server last? What's the project after this have in store.

umm what? Also, this fellow hasn't stuck with a server project for more than two weeks, I think it's a reasonable request to find out what he's going to be working on in the next two.. plus the content he puts forward isn't even his 90/100 of the time.

None of it is his, he can't do anything. Nor can he get a team together to make anything somewhat decent.
