They're hardly used because their only main perk is speed +1 and resist magic +5, which hardly helps.

Crono was making a valid point and whats wrong with the casting time? If anything it makes magic more interesting.

I think he's talking more about that the casting times aren't rounded up... And Tig already explained why that is.

They should totally fix the attack types before they start adding useless ones to things. like alot of weapons are lame like Darkflame because of this. Also alot of the resistances +/- are useless. I'd like to see attack types fixed in the next update to make people start using different gear and spells and such.
