"Turning their friends down" is a poor excuse. If you don't offer them the job in the first place, then they won't be disappointed. When I was around I'd have a countless amount of friends asking me for a job. I turned every single one down who I didn't think was suitable. After I told them no, they just said "Ok" and walked off to go play.

I think Bhavin temped backlash, never heard of him and I talked to him and he is so clueless. Another thing tench isn't a bad ET if he was he would of been fired. And Dante is a Zone Admin so he can hire who he wants basicly.

He has people in position to hire for specific divisions. It would be wrong to go over another division leader's head and hire a person. If he is always going to do that, why have division admins?

I just logged on one day and he was hired. I asked around about him and removed him a few minutes later, mostly for this reason below...
Then I asked Dante if that was fine and he was fine with it. But Revo, I don't think you understand that he has MORE rights then me, hes my boss. You shouldn't tell your boss their not allowed to hire staff.

He doesn't always do that, this was the first time anyway. I think I'm a "division admin" because Dante likes me for my body.. xD

I don't get why zone just hires random people. Like backalsh randomly and no offence to nat, she is a good et and one of my friends but that one was kind of random. Also I see ET temp oldbies and stuff and let them win events.
