With the green cloak I can hit 29 dex. Which is nice.
How'd you get max, ZH?
I'm running with RoT, RoS, Green Cloak, Mag, Cowboy, Glok, and Ice Shield.

Inventory:
- ring of Thieves (worn) 0.0

- Amulet of Speed (Dex+1)(speed +2) (worn) 0.5
- Ice Shield (worn) 6.5
- Zero Hour's magnifying glass (wielded) 2
- cowboy hat +12 (worn) 0.5
- Green Cloak (worn) 4.5
- Gloves of the Archer +11 (worn) 1.7

The magnifying glass has +4 DEX on it.

So you're rocking around 40 dex, lol.

If there wasn't a 30 stat cap, yes.
