I don't think people get upset by his age so much as it is his age combined with how he speaks to the younger members. Kids dont like someone tearing apart everything they say, and having to defend themselves, especially if that wasn't the point of their post to begin with.
(This assumption based on the complaints I have seen).
Members also get angry when their threads go completely haywire with some debate with Kaimetsu and someone else, when their thread wasn't put here for that intention (also based on what I have seen).

Kaimetsu is very good at debating, no one can take that from him, but every single thread isn't made for him to debate, and not all kids/young adults even like to debate issues hence why they get angry when their thread turns into a debate.
Same here, and so has several other members.

I don't think that's why they hate him. I think it's more been along the lines of him being a pain in the ass.

I think I've been fairly open about my dislike of him.
First of all, nobody made fun of his age, they simply criticized him for being so old and posting only to increase his ego. That's fairly immature behavior.

Er, you're making it sound like you take personal offence to getting pwned on a messageboard. If that's the case, then you do take things to seriously.

Why make fun of his age? Moon Goddess was twice his age, and she doesn't seem to be able to measure up against his witty battles. In many ways, Kaimetsu was a fabulous guy, and most of you disrespected him because of his arrogant way of ruining your threads. Perhaps if you were a little more respectful towards him, and accepted that you were wrong when you made a mistake, most of his arguing would be finished within the first post. But instead, you people have too much pride to accept that you are not always right.
