Wtf, did you not think about this at all? Sorry, but it's an awful idea. Status-down is the reason i quit playing GK when it was first released.
Think about it, if your stats go down after dying, YOU ARE MORE DAMNED LIKELY TO DIE AGAIN NEXT TIME! It just spirals down after that so that there is no chance of you ever surviving a single hit from anything.

Anyway, i love the idea about only having Kingdom Mode and Peaceful Mode. If these lamers want 100% PKing, they should go to classic, as has been said before, and stop ruining a server that was SUPPOSED to be for roleplaying primarily.
Plus, if kingdom mode had set stats, defence, attack, etc...then players would be even and fighting would require a reasonable amount of skill again, whereas now it's just "whoever wastes the most of their life down maps and collecting EAs wins".

I agree with not having the losing-stats idea.
At the start of GK, you lost them when you died, and then you kept on dying until your speed got down to about 0.2, then you restarted. Then you died, and died again, then restarted etc.

yes i also agree about that
i played 2 months as lvl 1 when there was xp loss... :\

But if everyone was even, or about even, then it would be like Classic, and the one who lags the less wins a fight...

If there's a loss, it should be a temp loss (damnation?).

As for fixed stats in kingdom mode, I don't think that's fair - sure, there is a huge gap between no armour enchantments and all alchemy items +10, but some of the higher enchantments in stats are earned, and in reality, people have different strengths and weaknesses, too, so the effect shouldn't equalize everyone.
