I really don't think that can be considered sexual harassment. Being naughty doesn't instantly refer to a sexual thing. I highly doubt the christmas song "he's makin a list, checkin it twice, gonna find out who's naughty or nice..." refers to Santa checking if someone has been sexually deviant.
