I think it would be good if Stefan/unixmad hired someone who works in their office with them that is on a lot and can do head GM things. That way if an NPC server shuts down, or servers are having problems, the head GM can fix it.

That would be good, in theory... except nobody they hire is going to know jack diddly about Graal. :( Sure they would be directly in the office with Stefan/Unix, but the person would probably have never played Graal in their life.

I thought they already had some people working in their office with them. I know nao does gameboy advance, and I know there is one other global guy that plays (don't know his name though). I also remember a while ago, unixmad said something about hiring scripters and such for Graal.

I just think there needs to be a group of people going through to Support Center, weeding out the non-fixable issues, and then sending the issues to the approperate people. There also needs to be someone(s) to do some jobs that otherwise, only Unixmad or Stefan could do, because lets face it, they do too much at once, it would be nice to have some way of speeding the process along. Instant gratification is a BIG step for good PR. Right now Graals PR is really in a slum =\

I have support center access, but that's only to bugs and general. I have gone through those for the past 2 days, and I will go through accounts when I get that access.

I've been working daily at the support center answering questions... But you're right, there are some that I've directed to unix that have been sitting in there like 4 days. :(

Someone in their office would be good, but yet again, the people currently there, seem to have their hands full as well. Nao is doing GBA, and I don't see her playing on Graal a lot (I see her sometimes on 2k2 but that's it)

She hadn't been fired, even Stefan said she wasn't fired. Just because you lose your rights doesn't automatically mean you lose your job. I think people (staff mainly) are confused with that.

Someone told me my level 4 RC was gone, so I went on Graal, and quite a few people asked me why I was fired, so I came to the conclusion that I was fired.

But I'm not, I guess I'll be back to work when this whole thing gets sorted out.

Lyndzey, if you got fired, I would leave as well. There is no way I'm doing account management stuff too. <3
